I need help for an animation to be played when my funciton is called.
Hello, I am a beginner at c# coding, coding in general.
I am using OMA's Au Fps kit. I have a pretty good AI script, http://pastebin.com/EurhQhmD (Don't copy and paste it if you don't know anything about coding, it will not help you learn).
But anyway, I am having trouble having an animation play when I run my Patrol() function. When it starts, it plays the idle animation. It is a running animation. But the animation works fine when the enemy is chasing me. Just when the timer shuts down for the patrol.
It is probably something as simple as a timed bool, but I am a beginner, and always eager to learn.
Also, I want to reset the move time when the AI reaches it's destination. You will understand that when you read the code.

Can you share the pic of your animator controller ,as far as i can think there might be self transition missing for the run animation.
I am not using an animator controller. Just the animator.
