Displaying Text on Touch Event

I am making a game, but I'm stucked on displaying a text while GameObject get touched, if anyone knows a Simple script please, a simple script, to continue editing my game, and I searched on Youtube and Google, all of the scripts gives me errors, Please, anyone could help, Thank you
