Terrain Grass does not show
I'm trying to paint on grass just as seen in this video here. You have to be a member, but you can see what I've done.
All my settings are the same, and I followed his instructions to a "T," but for some reason it just doesn't work. I don't see any grass. What could be the problem?
Make sure you selected a texture file to paint. I can't see the video, so I can't really tell if the video is off. Its for paid members only.

I also had the problem that my grass wasn't appearing. I solved it by turning up the detail density in the terrain settings tab. Hope this helps anyone who faces a similar problem.
alright first go to new terrain once you got that select the terrain and go over to the right and hit thAT Little paint b rush then go to edit textures and then add texture select the texture u want and hit add and do it over with other textures to and simply paint it.
I just had a similar issue. My problem was that the Terrain Collider was disabled and I could not draw anything on it (grass, trees, mountains...). Once enabled again everything started working fine...
