Blender Model not reflecting Emitted light
Hello Everyone,
I am sort of an intermediate user of Unity, but I have only recently started to work with shaders and lighting.
I will add a picture to show what is my problem:
So, I have added a cube inside the blender model that is just slightly poking out of the "windows", but instead of reflecting off the blender model it is only reflecting off the terrain. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, sonarwave.
I guess you're using reflection probe for reflection. Do the reflection probe reflect your model ?
@watermy I'm afraid not. Not only does the reflection probe not work, but only the terrain reflects the emitted light. It's quite troubling :(
Is your model static ? It should be at least Reflection Probes static for baked reflection probe. Use realtime type if you don't want your model to be static.
@watermy yeah right now it is static, but I am currently using realtime to render. I'll go see if switching to baked lighting will do anything.
EDIT: yeah setting both the lighting and the reflection to baked didn't seem to work either :/
Did you try in a another projet scene and with other object (like standard cube) ? Can you join your scene ?
