HttpWebRequest No longer working?

Hi,

I'm having trouble with HttpWebRequests that no longer work in my WebPlayer app . The code now hangs in the HttpWebRequest.Create(uri)function...

I have just recently (2 days ago) upgraded Unity Pro from 3.5.1 to 3.5.4

I'm fairly sure its not the Unity webplayer causing the problem but something to do with the new build as an old version of my web app still runs and logs onto the server. But when I try to run my newly built version (after the upgrade) it runs fine in the editor but not on the web.

Before using the HttpWebRequest method I had tried Unity's WWW class but The WWW method was not suitable as the server I'm trying to log onto uses multiple cookies. WWW only stored the last cookie due to it using a hash table to store html headers in...

Has HttpWebRequest.Create changed between the two versions?

Is there another/better method I could use to POST/GET html requests and send/receive multiple cookies?

I've had a good hunt around the Web and Answers to no avail...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers Wayne....
