Draw modes in 2D

I was recently watching the unity video Here with Andy Touch demonstraiting the 2D features of unity. one bit i'm curious about is the draw modes mentioned at about 4:40. its a feature that allows a tile to be manipulated in various ways without distortion, and im having a problem finding it. Was this feature not included in unity 5, or is it just hidden someplace?
