Unity 2D Animation Sprite positioning help

I am VERY new to Unity so I don't know what im doing for 95% of the time so I decided to follow some tutorials that past the animations part that I get stuck on this happens to be my problem at the end of the video. I would change the position of the sprites to make the animation look right, but the changes wont apply when I click play. What should I do? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hshPy96g4dg
