Caracter customization
Unity project for character customization is obsolete.Please suggest what changes should I do to get it running.
Well, the package is six years old. I doubt anyone uses it anymore because it would probably be too much work to get it running again. Also, it wouldn't make much sense because Unit has so many new features added since the original release of the package that you'd be better off using another asset.
Please share any guide or tutorial for the same .....as I am unable to find any.Or if unity has released something new in this regards ,please guide
i think it's better to u if u describe what type of system character customization u want to us help u more... becouse it can be a 2d or 3d, its can be just the hat.. or all other things.. and many more.
I want a 3D character customization system,where I can change clothes of my 3d avatar and then proceed with the same customized avatar in the game .(I have a 3d avatar and different clothes designed to fit its body ,like different options for upper body and lower body as well)
I watched this tutorial on plural sight link
But the problem i m facing is that the clothes wont animate with the avatar skeleton as in the tutorial the Armour pieces are just parented to the base transform.
