android sdk platforms folder in unity is update but still can not compile the AR app and following error in popping up

Hello,

I have this problem when i want to build android version of AR sample app. I tried with Kudan SDK and ARCore SDK and same problem that are seen in the picture occurred. Kudan SDK: https://i.stack.imgur.com/IGLat.jpg

I tried different versions of android sdk but still platforms folder have this issue. If anyone have a solution i will be gratitude to know.
