Unity 2D scaling with a diffuse material
I set my players (2D) game object material to Legacy Shaders/Transparent/Bumped Diffuse to enable lights. The problem is that when I turn my player x-scale to negative, the game object disappears. It is there but it's not showing, If I make it positive, I can see it again? I'm changing the x-scale via script and it worked just right before the material? transform.localScale = new Vector3(1, 1, 1); and transform.localScale = new Vector3(-1, 1, 1);
Also I'm using a background game object with Order in layer -1000
