I wouldn't worry too much about this considering that a big part of your APK size is composed of files necessary to run Unity games. I have a game that the prototype (with no animations and only player and environment sprites and scripts) had a size of 50 Mb, and now with animations and enemies and such it has 57 Mb. Some ways of reducing the size of your APK are to increase the compression of the sprites (but if you have pixel art sprites, this will damage your game), create Sprite Sheets or Sprite Atlases. There are a lot of answers about reducing build sizes here on Unity Answers, but again, try it out with a few more characters and see if it is truly necessary.
