Error while installing Unity (error code: -1073741819)

I was able to install Unity on my home PC no problem using the installer. I tried installing it on my HP Z220 Workstation (win 7) and get this error with the installer. I have also tried downloading UnitySetup64.exe and running as administrator, but that does nothing when I run it. No window comes up and no processes appear to be running. Any Idea?

I tried every workaround I could find on the forums. I ended up downloading the UnitySetup64.exe about 20-25 times and finally got one that would run without errors. Must have been a download corruption issue I guess...
