Can You Link A Spawner to a Mobile User's Photo Album Gallery, So That a Photo can appear in your Game (perhaps as background image) ?

Hi you talented bunch, I cant wrap my head around the answer to this: Can You Link A Spawner to a Mobile User's Photo Album Gallery, So That a Photo can appear in your Game (perhaps as background image) ?

I'd like the user's of my game to see their pictures in the background of my Game which is a basic pixel game. Id like the image to be randomly spawed along with other block graphics i have created.

Makes sense....er? I hope so. Looking forward to your ideas.
