Childrens Add Force Command Not Working...,Parent and Child adding force question

so i have a ball that is captures by a robot then when it hits some stuff i want to the ball to go flying.

so i have it coded when it hits this trigger object it parent the ball to the robot use the Quaterion Identity and AddRelativeforce(0,yspeed,zspeed)

and i dont know why its not working ,
