Trigger Oneshot using reticle on a VR level (C#)

Hello there, Unity and C# N00b here.

I am having issues with trying to trigger a oneshot sound in my VR level that I am building for a uni project. I've managed to get it to trigger with reticle, using the script from the VR Examples level but when the reticle hovers over the object, the sample keeps triggering over, and over again.

Is there a line of code I can add to the script that will ensure the sound plays only once, when the reticle hits the trigger object and does not retrigger until the reticle leaves, and hits the trigger object again?

I have tried adding OnTriggerEnter at the bottom, but it was not successful, so i commented it out for the time being.

Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am pulling my hair out after 8 hours of looking for a fix

Thanks

Adam.
