Stream live video feed into Unity3D

I want to stream a remote Windows desktop into my Unity Scene. I am able to play video which is pre -created but my requirement is stream desktop and play over iOS ,andriod and WebGL buid.Can any one tell me it is possible or not ? suggest me any solution . Thanks in advance.
