How to make interactive 360 videos?

Hi everyone,

Here's the thing I've got a command to do a simple point & click (with quiz questions) game out of 360 videos. This one is for the web and for screen only not for HMD.

I would like to know if you guys have some clues and tricks to share with a newbie in 360 and VR.

Now for my 360 videos and VR videos I am mostly using this software:

But it lacks in First Peron UI and game mechanics implementation. Like If you discover an hidden object than you got X points.

I wanted to know your opinions about those twos if you know them. And if you have any tips for my project?
