Considerations for 3D Modeling - DEM files and Compatability

I need help understanding a purchase before I make it. I'm new to development and want to use Agrisoft to use as models for characters, objects, and terrain. I have never even imported an item or textures, but I don't know if the files from the realistic shots will work within Unity or how that process would come along. Please help me better understand how textures and models work especially in regards to this
