Sidescroll Shooter Crosshair?
Heyo there, guys. I'm rather new in terms of working with Unity 3D and I'm a beginner in C# as well (and a total noob in JS).
I'm currently trying to work on a Sidescroll Shooter. Got most basics and porting a 3d model + animations is a piece of cake as well. The only thing I'm stuck with now, is, to have a proper crosshair code.
What kind of Crosshair I need... :
...a crosshair, which is either a custom one and the vanilla cursor hidden or ...a crosshair, which overrides the vanilla cursor. ...a crosshair, which is next to the stuff mentioned above, coded that way, that i can move it around on the entire screen but that the character will only look to the left, right, up and down (typical sidescroll shooter).
I have searched for a tutorial for such a crosshair, but haven't found anything.
Maybe someone here, who can help me out? That would be really nice.
PS: Putting a code snippet into my project is not my strength, but I have to learn :P
