Glass shader with water illusion
Basically I am working on Golf Globe 3D game. I am attaching images for reference purpose.
Now I am working Globe glass shader. Actually I can't able to put real water in globe so I just want to create illusion of water over there. Then some sort of physics for golf ball under water behaviour.
So I want to create glass something like that it shows golf ball inside water.
Can I able to create something like this from 3d designer?
Please give or suggest me some shader for this.
I will just give you an example of how you could simulate water in this example where you have a globe. If you look at how GTA V does it's liquid, it's basically a model with a ripple animation that is rotated around to simulate movement. In your case it would be easy, just make a Sphere in Blender, fill it with water and bake that animation. You could have multiple animations depending on hard you push etc. Then after you get the animated mesh in place, you would just need to rotate it around. It would always have to face world up, but in order to simulate movement you could slerp it to world up in Update. Then i would also do something about rotating it around the current axis depending on input.
Just my 2 cents.
