Bugs on my C# Scripts?
When I ran my game this morning, I came across many NullReferenceException: Object reference errors, but I didn't change any code or assets from the day before. Yesterday It was working just fine, no errors at all. I tried reverting to an earlier version of my game (which had no bugs, and ran with no errors) via Git and still had the same errors (NullReferenceException: Object reference).
I tried copying my scripts, and pasting them on a new script (deleting old script completely) and it seemed to fix the NullReference errors, but why was this a fix? Also I have around 100 scripts where I don't want to copy paste... so I took a break.
However when I came back I tried reverting my project again to the same version I tried earlier, oddly enough, there were ZERO errors, it ran completely fine.
I was wondering what may have caused this because I have ran into this before, and all it gives me is a big headache :(
Thanks !!
