Can't confirm email

When I registered I received an email to confirm my email. I confirmed my email. But for some reason when I try to log in it still tells me to confirm my email. When I confirm my email again with the old confirmation email, it tells me I'm already confirmed.

Furthermore, when I try to re-send confirmation email I don't receive any confirmation email.
