Unity won't load please help!

basically when i click the unity icon the loading screen opens and it starts to flash and load forever....i cant open it. alt text

i thought to have found the answer at https://answers.unity.com/questions/1402625/unity-gets-stuck-on-white-loading-screen-on-startu.html , it takes me back to the login screen when i restart it, i login, it starts to load forever again!!!!!
