How to stop my tank from not moving???

In the Tanks Tutorial, I downloaded the networking demo. When playing (using the completed assets and playing multiplayer) the tank from spawn point 2 only isn't working properly. As soon as it moves in certain areas it acts like it has hit a screen edge buffer, but the other tanks can easily go pass those areas. pls advise.
