Shader Graph texture edge detection
I have a question regarding shader graph. Is it possible to detect edges of colours on the texture and highlight them?
Here is an example of what I need:
Input Texture:
Required Output:
The final texture will have around 100 different colours that all would need to be highlighted.

Possible simplification of the problem:
Is it possible to turn all colours that are adjacent to the same colour to alpha?
