Delete data in mysql

Hi! I have question about mysql in Unity. I found tutorial how to set values to database, how to call the data to the game, like leaderboards system, etc. But i am wondering how can we update the values in Unity manually, or delete the data in the game? Like leaderboard system but got admin that he can control the leaderboard by deleting some of players or data etc.
