Need Help with char controller and animation

Hello Community;) Sorry for the bad english, I am from Austria.

I Need Help with the character controller and the Animation. I want to Make a Controller like Oblivion, First Person and Third Person

I Hope you guys can Help me, I started with Unity and blender 1 Week ago and dont have the know how already
