quality settings
Is there anyway you can lower the Quality settings within the Unity API like you can when you have the exported game. Thank you Durante Productions

If you're talking specifically about resolution, then you can adjust these settings typically when you build the project:
File => Build Settings => Player Settings => Resolution and Presentation.
If you're talking about more of the overall quality settings of the game, then you can adjust these in your project inside Unity from:
Edit => Project Settings => Quality
