Chroma effect- revoke background from Webcam(Only my head) and put other backgrounds instead

Hi Everyone I'm Trying to develop an app that allows user to take a selfie and be able to revoke background(and leave face and body). I tried to use OpenCv but doesn't support this feature same for AVPro Live Camera and Chroma Key System has lots of bad reviews and didn't buy it.
