Local multiplayer and Unity server multiplayer behave differently

Hello, everyone!

In the past week, I created the network part of my game. I did all testing in the LAN and it works as intended. Today I did my first tests on the Unity servers and expected the game to work, but may lag. But via the server, the game is not just laggy - it is absolutely broken. For example, the setup of the player starting positions is only done for the Player 1 (who opened the game in the lobby). The other players remain unassigned. Also, Weapon effects are only visible for the first player. No such issues in LAN mode though.

Any ideas, what could cause such a different result?
