Animation plays by itself in regular state, once combined with blend tree not working
I have edited a basic fbx. Exported back to Unity, preview shows up fine. when i put the animation into a single state it works fine. when i combine with other animations into a blend tree, it's stuck on the default state of the blend tree. I have 1d directional going. -1 for right +1 for left and 0 for idle on the blend tree.
when in play mode i can see the blend tree stuck on idle, i see parameters changing the horizontal movement but its not registering in my animator. any thoughts on why a blend tree would kill animations in 1d?
