Weather Timer (Beginner to scripting) (In multiplayer)
Hello, I'm new to game development and programming, and I would like to make it rain in my simple scene after a 5 minute delay and have it "Rain" for maybe 10 minutes and then have it go away and loop that cycle for a while. The cache is: its all in multiplayer. Does said script need to be synced, or can it just be applied to the player? I already have the rain effect, I just need a script to activate it how I need it. I have little experience with C++, and that wont help me. Does anyone know how to do this, or where I can get a script example? The game is set to release after this is resolved, so hopefully this can be done in a few days.
