Build error

Hi! I am making a game and I just tried to build it, but this showed up. I tried to press both options but neither ended up well. How can I fix it? What can I do to successfully build the game? In AndroidManifest the min API level is 16, but in Project Settings is 19. I tried to edit the AndroidManifest, but it didn't work. What else can I try? alt text
