how to i make a .fbx file out of the .png picture of the model

i want to make a game with other characters but i need to make the .fbx file but i cant the only character model i can use is the consturter alt text

by the way the picture up there is the slender man model

When you say "make a[n] .fbx file out of the .png picture of the model," I'm afraid that's not possible. PNG images can't be converted to fbx files, at least not that I'm aware of. However, the PNG file you have of Slender man was specifically designed as a texture, and corresponds to a mapped model. It looks a lot like one from the program called Makehuman. You could download it, create a mesh, and assign that PNG pic as its textue. Hell, I'll do it for you and see if it works...hold on.

I tried assigning the texture to a makehuman mesh...but it didn't line up correctly...you could try making a mesh though in makehuman and then mapping the mesh in a program called Blender to correspond to the texture...Also, be sure there wasn't a mesh download on whatever site you got this from..because it definitely was mapped, meaning it probably has a corresponding mesh.

yes you can indeed importing it with Blender as plane and then exporting from there as .fbx. This feature is provided by Blender as add-on.
