I have tried everything to get unity working again!
I've reinstalled so many times i can't count them
deleted registry
Deleted appdata
Rolled back to an older version
installing on different harddrive
Deleted cache
I don't know what else to do
NEWS!: I managed to fix it, try restoring windows to a previous point before the issue. I havn't found any other way to solve it

I think it might be because of the network security windows patch...
