[ Help ] Sand Dust Particle Effect

Anyone know how to create a sand dust particle effect like this guy did ?

The latest unity has changed alot and the Ellipsoid Particle Emitter (Legacy) can't be use already. Anyone have any idea how to create a sand dust particle effect ? please help !
