Vr steering wheel error,Unity vr steering wheel error

I have a question i have 2 scripts running to have a working steering wheel:

HandPresence: https://github.com/vincent961/vincent961/blob/main/HandPresence.cs

SteeringWheel: https://github.com/vincent961/vincent961/blob/main/SteeringWheelController.cs

But everytime i grab the wheel it teleports away behind me, can someone tell me how i can fix this?
