Blur the camera and overlay them (Add)
I want to blur my camera image and then add it on top of my current one. That'll create a cool glow effect.
I found out that i can blur my camera by adding the 'Blur (Optimized)' Script to my camera. But how can I add this on top of my current render?
What do you mean by add it on top of my current render? Are you using more than 1 camera? You can set the camera depths which will define the render order of cameras.
I want to render my scene twice (copy it). Then I blur one of them and "ADD" the camera renders ontop of each other.
Bloom creates a similar effect. Rendering your scene twice with decrease performance by quite a bit, I'd use bloom unless you need to do this.
I'm not sure if this would work, but you could look in to RenderTextures: https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/RenderTexture.html
