For the WebGL build, in saving / loading games, what is the value of Application.persistentDataPath?
I am building my own version of Arkanoid, and one of the features I want to incorporate is saving and loading games. As I don't know how to accomplish this yet, I did my own research first.
So far, from looking at a couple of Unity Answers questions, I understand that the entire game, once built on WebGL and uploaded online to sites such as Newgrounds, is loaded onto the user's browser as soon as they access it. I also understand that there's just a little bit of JavaScript involved to make data persistence compatible with browsers.
It started out with this blog post: http://amalgamatelabs.com/blog/2016/Data_Persistence/
Out of curiosity, though, what would Application.persistentDataPath be? In my opinion, I think it's the location of the user's browser cache memory, but it could be something different.
