Game won't run on iPhone even with the device selected

Hi. I want to test my mobile iOS game on my iPhone 6. In the Editor in Project Settings I have selected iPhone 6 (863789). I then open on the Unity Remote Four on my iPhone. I then press the play button while in the app on my iPhone and nothing happens. Does anyone know why? Is it because I am running Unity on a Windows PC. Thank you in advance for the help.
