unity ads after google play publishing ??

i tested my app on my devices and in place of actual ads it just showed "unityads (test game )" advertisement wich ofcourse i wouldnt be paid for.....i just uploaded my app on google play ....now wat i have to do to get actual ads on my app to earn a few bucks!!! pls pls pls ans this ques as soon as possible pls..........!!! really imp and in a hurry plssss ans fast!!!
