Failed to re-package resources: Input directory '-S' does not exist

I'm having troubles getting an android build version. I Keep getting this error referring to the '-S' input directory does not exist and I'm not sure how to fix it.

Error building Player: CommandInvokationFailure: Failed to re-package resources. See the Console for details.
 /Users/feliti/Library/Android/sdk/build-tools/23.0.2/aapt package --auto-add-overlay -v -f -m -J gen -M AndroidManifest.xml -S "res" -I "/Users/feliti/Library/Android/sdk/platforms/android-23/android.jar" -F bin/resources.ap_ --extra-packages -S "/Users/feliti/Desktop/test/Temp/StagingArea/android-libraries/GoogleMobileAdsPlugin/res" -S "/Users/feliti/Desktop/test/Temp/StagingArea/android-libraries/google-play-services_lib/res"

 stderr[

Any help would be great.
