Unity Admob/GPS problems

Hey there, I am currently trying to add AdMob/GPS to an application and I'm encoutering a couple of bugs. Basically when I attempt to build my aapt.exe crashes then I get a error message "Failed to re-package resources. See the Console for the details".

EDIT: Non truncated log file

GoogleMobileAds 3.0.4 (AdMob)

GooglePlayGames 0.9.34

Be great if I could get some help fixing this. Any help is appreciated!

Just to note I have searched around for an answer but didn't find a result that was current enough to correct the problem at hand
