How to keep player position after animation stage change it?
Having some difficulty implementing and figuring out how changing the position through animation should work ... I have a child object with a single animation that only changes the image (player animations)
And I want to add an animation to the parent that I have a certain trigger. He makes a loop and subtract 100 in the Y axis.
And then returns to the original animation of the parent that is actually nothing (but remain -100 below the original position).
I tried to play with the root motion, but for some reason, it also goes crazy on the X axis from the wave movement is not clear ...
And another question is whether I recorded the loop animation and there are absolute values of position x & y
Does the engine know how to take it as a relative values or will it return the player to specific points in the animation?
