Unity has stopped working when opening and starting a project
Whenever I open or start a project with Unity, I'm given a message saying "Unity has stopped working. We will now try to find a fix for the crash. Please wait... Status:There is no fix available. Please report a bug." I'm at a loss and I can't find a straight answer anywhere else. Any help?

I went into my game folder directly and opened one of my scenes, the scene opened up fine. I then saved and closed out of the project, then I went to my regular unity launcher and it opened up fine.

Two initial thoughts come to mind.
There is an "Editor.log", that is created Unity Log Files. It might not show much, given you mention it crashes fairly early, but it may give some hints as to what is happening, and maybe a stack trace, as it does seem to have a crash catcher/reporter.
I would also try another release via Unity Hub. This would tell you it is something specific to a release/installation, or more common to your system (e.g. sub component,, external tool, etc).
Fundamentally, though Unity Editor crashing is basically something for Unity, but a bug report could be helpful. Good luck, hope this helps a bit.
