Unity5 5.0.0p3 build: Failed to initialize player's 3D settings

Greetings:

In the new Unity 5.0.0p3 build my web builds always fail with "Cannot initialize player's 3D settings."

Before downloading 5.0.0p3, I was able to launch my web build with no issue.

After downloading 5.0.0p3 and immediately rebuilding, I am no longer able to run the web build.

I rebooted. I reinstalled the web player (more than once). I tried IE, Firefox and Chrome. I tried different scenes from my project. I updated the video drivers.

Same results all around: Web player is non-functional in March 26 Unity5 download.

I tried WebGL. Same thing all around.

Any clues?
