What should be the good cloud automation control panel as Odin is closing down?
Being an ODIN user since many years, I am perplexed upon coming across the news that Ingram Micro is shutting down its service for Odin Automation Essentials after 31st March, 2019!
Well that means, I’ll have to search for another cloud automation solution for my business.
Our business is running in North America, Europe and Asia. Our main focus area is Microsoft Azure cloud solution program that we have been consuming from Ingram Micro. The tool APS Connect is used for deployment, Business Intelligence is provided as a turnkey BI. With Odin Automation Essentials, end-to-end business automation is seamlessly accomplished.
We are currently hosting Dynamics CRM, Enterprise and Mobility Suite, Office 365. Here at our company we have developers who integrate scripts with our system and hence we are able to work with external systems through integrated scripts. With Odin Automation essentials, I never had to worry about security since we adopted the Trend Micro Security for O365. Odin has also provided our company with diverse hosting services like Virtual Private Servers and Shared Hosting.
Odin has given us the opportunity to work as a CSP 1-Tier Providers and eventually we grew out business and became the CSP 2-Tier Resellers and we are selling with good profitable margins. With Odin we experienced diversity in CSP services. Here there are many opportunities to own entire customer lifecycle and hence cross-selling their integrated value-added services. Customer delivery is streamlined and record and data is maintained at our centers very efficiently. We are able to offer our customers a cutting-edge customer experience with their favorite CRM software. We don’t want to lose our customers and hence wish to switch to some Cloud Solution Provider that both caters our business requirements similar to Odin service automation and keep our customers happy with excellent customer relationship management.
Is there any expert out there who can recommend a better solution as an alternate to ODIN? Any cloud provider who deals with hybrid and multi-clouds is most appreciated with the factors of scalability and business automation being of utmost importance
