Moving Scene To a Different Computer And Everything is Gone! Please Help!

I've been working on a scene in Unity 5 for about 4 months now. I've upgraded from a windows 8 computer to a computer with windows 10 (just in case that has anything to do with it). All of the other scenes loaded fine except for one, I downloaded the project to a flashdrive and uploaded it o my new computer. Only one scene is not working. When I open it, all of the GameObjects and Cameras and, well, everything except for all of my assets; which are all there are gone! The error message says, "Unkown error occurred while loading " I've been studying Unity for 3 1/2 years now and this is my first attempt at a game. If you know what's happening please help!
