How i can add android view to activity of Unity with a plugin?

i want to display a webview inside layout of main activity of unity.

i'm not an expert and i'm a self starter with unity and android. I will apreciate if someone guide me to display anything of android on unity.

I was thinking in use a FragmentWebView to attach in some place of unity body but i can't figured out how to do this.
