Asset Store Won't Download
Unity 5.4, Win8, already cleared out the file folder that should hold the "Universal Sound FX" asset. Already allowed Unity through my firewall.
Tried re-downloading the asset, which I have in a Unity 4 directory but which apparently needs an update. Unity says "Please Wait" or "0%" depending on whether I start from the "already owned assets" page or the store. It never gets to 1%, and Windows says there's no network activity from Unity. So as far as I can tell, Unity has all the permissions it needs to get the asset, yet it doesn't even try to download on command. What do I need to do to actually download?
Edit: It's not just that asset, either. Tried another and it got to 67% in a minute, then hung, then showed "Error" with a tooltip message of "Recv failure: connection was reset".
